TATA CLIQ - Review & Details Explained

1. App Interface

Interface is not 100% user friendly. Like other online shopping websites, it has everything thing sorted. But I felt some laggs, it takes time to load page. They should improve more on user interface.

2. Product Availability & Price

At this point, i am disappointed. Many products are not available, limited stocks. Although the product i am searching for was luckily available.

Pricing is decent. Some products are cheaper and some are expensive. But most of the time i got more cheaper than other websites.

3. Placing Order & Payment Methods

At this step I was not at all happy. If you want to buy it on COD method, it is hardly available. Most of the products don't have COD option. And if you want to buy it on EMI's, also have limited choice. Although Tata is a very trustful company. But still COD option makes people feel more safe about their money. And you should pay extra shipping charges for most of the products. If shipping charges reduced it will be better shopping experience for customers.

4. Delivery Experience

While placing the order, it shown 5th july as delivery, but Tata Cliq delivered on 2nd july. Packaging by Tata Cliq was good, I am satisfied with delivery. Thumbs up for that.

Product was nicely packed. No damages and genuine product. I am happy with the product and its quality.
