iPHONE without charger
We heard the news few weeks ago that, Apple will don't supply the charger inside box. Apple took this big decision to cut the price of next generation iPHONE. This is a good step from Apple to make their smartphones slightly affordable. Let me explain how it will benefit consumers.
Price & Choice
Apple will cut the price of charger from total price, if you have old iPhone charger their is no need to buy a new. If you are buying iPhone for first time, in that case you will have a choice to choose you adopter. For example Apple supplies 5W charger inside the box for lower variants, now you can choose fast charger or any other according to your needs. Another positive thing is, other smartphone companies also will follow this new way to reduce their smartphone cost.
These are the positive impacts of this change from Apple. Everyone is speaking about the positive side only. Now let's see how it can impact in negative way.
Negative Impacts
We will try to analyse from past records. Android smartphone companies try to follow or get inspired by Apple sometimes to make profits. Like Apple they also ditch the charger inside box, not to cut the price but to make profit out of it (not all companies). For example Apple included notch to iPhone, and that notch was really useful it has facescanner which is more secure. But other smartphone companies added notch and placed a normal camera which makes no sense of notch. They want to make profit from fashion that's it, nothing else. In my opinion this time also they only cut the charger not the price and this will be opportunity to make profit by selling charging adopter for extra money.
