This blog is about scams which are happening on instagram or related to instagram and other social media platforms.

I have heard lot about these scams before ,but this was the first I actually experienced. I will share my personal experience.

I got a mail which was related to this scam. Somebody mailed me and he just pricing my instagram profile like out of the box. He was like, you have an amazing profileand your posts are interesting. Basically he was trying to convince me to collaborate with him. And He was asking permission to repost my stories on their Instagram stagram. At this point I know where this conversation is going. But I replied him to get full information. I said "I'm interested in collaboration with you, and you can share my posts on instagram profile".

In less than 2 minutes he replied with a detailed mail which has many things. You can read the screenshot.

In brief he sent me a list, in that list mentioned some packages, which means if you want 500 followers you have to some 'X' amount and if you want 1000 followers, pay 'Y' amount. So, my doubt was clear, and this conversation may leads to hack my account. So I asked him to share his instagram ID to check out his profile. But he haven't replied it till date.

I think he was trying to get in touch with me from long time, because that particular mail ID to which he mailed, It was removed from my instagram and assigned different mail id few days before this happen. And I replied him because of that particular reason. That mail was not connected with any social media accounts or personal accounts. Unfortunately if you get this kind of mails, please do not reply or respond to it, and report it.

I just wanted to share my experience with you guys to aware you.
