In this blog we will discuss about the Smart Canvas, which google has bring to us in this Google IO. I will share the updates and also the practical possibility.
We are using google services extensively like Google documents, Drive, other application of workspace. Now they have updated many features and also added the google meet application or feature on to the one place. As google said it will help users to have more seamless experience while working together and help you in collaboration.
This feature mainly come handy for the people who work in teams and take part of same work.
let me explain;
If you are a head of a project and you have five members under you. It is tough to collect all the ideas and feedbacks, collect them, review them separately. But By the help of Smart canvas you can add all those peoples who are working on that project particularly, and they will post their ideas on the same place and you can collect feedbacks from all other colleagues and review.
It also has added the the google meet feature into in, by which you can have much better and effective results. You can click just one button make a video conference meeting and share the documents at one place.
More than that, we have few added features in it which will make you experience much better than ever before.
One of them is companion mode, this mode will let every teammate can participate as equally. Every one can participate and give their feedback in polls, chats, and also with voice conversation.
Noise cancellation also added into the video meeting application which is google meet. It will cancel the extra disturbing noise and also the audio will reach you even if you are little far from the actual device. In added to it the application is capable of doing things like adjust the camera angle and the colours and lighting condition as required for every particular participant.
Customised view, this is one more feature which is available in the google meeting application. By this feature the frame of the person who is responding at the moment will appear on the top. And also you get the feature which feels like very helpful if you are doing a international meetings, basically it works like a subtitle. The moment you speak something it will appear as a text in the separate section.
