OUR OPINION

Xiaomi launched mi notebook 14 horizon edition (2020) in India to compete in flagship laptops. Firstly display is 14" and it is a Full HD display with thin bezels(3mm). But it gives brightness of 300 nits only, so it may be problem to work in bright environment. Secondly keyboard is scissor-switch mechanism which gives 1.3 mm of key travel, but keyboard does not have backlit keys, so in dark condition it is hard to type fast, trackpad is also a huge drawback for this laptop, because it is very tiny you must have to use a external mouse if you are a heavy user. Thirdly webcam is not in the laptop, it is bundled in the package separately, some people may or may not like this. But in our opinion it is better for privacy. whenever you need, plug it and use. But if you travel a lot it will be hustle to carry all the time with you.

RATING : 3/5 FOR THIS LAPTOP
