I will recommend this Smartphone who need good battery life with decent specs. This phone is not made for heavy gaming. Display resolution and the refresh rate is very good. And it has a huge battery of 6000 mAh which will be powered by the 33W charger. If you don't  have any issues with the bulky body then you may consider it. Camera is also good as per the specs. But only problem as I said is weight and heavy body, it has 225 g weight which is quite heavy in terms of a smartphone. I will rate this smartphone around 3.7/5

In my opinion this may not be the best smartphone under this price but this is listed because I wanted to mention at least one Vivo smartphone in this price. This has average processor, good battery and low resolution display. I will rate this device around 2.5/5.

Oppo offers 5G device under this price range which is Oppo A53 5G. But you need to loose many things to get 5G. Like you get a 720p display at this price which is not acceptable, and also you get very poor cameras. But the chip and the battery is good. If you desperately want 5G this may be one of the option in 15K cost.
